A series of Indian ink drawings down while living in Prague. April - June 1997. Probably my favourite European city, I spent the most wonderful three months absorbing every aspect of life in this Bohemian city. Friends Dave and Maruska made me feel at home as they shared their love of this "city of a hundred spires" with it's whimsical architecture - a varied collection of architecture, from Art Nouveau to Baroque, Renaissance, Cubist, Gothic, Neo-Classical and ultra-modern. A place that celebrates art, music and dance. Maruska took me off to explore the country-side where she grew up. Prague has so many cherished memories for me and it's a country that we revisited in May 2007.
